Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with modern web technologies, including JavaScript, and backend systems, with a strong emphasis on real-time data processing using Apache Kafka and monitoring with Grafana.

Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using JavaScript (Node.js, React, or similar frameworks).
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines with Apache Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.
Implement monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and security issues.
Ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
Develop and maintain APIs and microservices.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and relevant frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).
Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar technologies.
Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including stream processing, event-driven architectures, and data pipelines.
Knowledge of monitoring and visualization tools like Grafana and Prometheus.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with message brokers and distributed systems.
Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time data processing.
Understanding of security best practices for web applications.
Previous experience working in Agile development environments.
